Jellyfish

Hi out there, and unfortunately for you, here I am again...
So, this is an interesting, touching movie with intense esoteric action that will probably give you some food for thought.
Definitely suggested to real friends of the big screen, you 'll enjoy it. Reminds a lot of polish drama or french school.
It will probably disappoint those who explosions, car chasings, and murderers with axes or bazooka. But at the end of the movie you have this sweet and relaxed taste just like after a good cup of hot cofee.
(7/10) A very good movie - but I do not think everybody would enjoy it, anyway, I did.

Twilight !

I saw this movie a couple of days ago and I cannot restrain myself from writting something here!
Allright, if you are over 14 and you 've enjoyed it you MUST go to a doctor (any kind will be suffice) and ask for the worst punishment.
I am starting to get used to the hype of how gorgeous this guy is (by young girls under 14) or how many kilos of romance this movie had, but enough!!!!!
I found the story shallow, the direction horrible and the actors - "beautiful" (can't say anything more - it is obvious that when they were trying to really act, somebody was hitting them with a stick). Having been a vampire movie fan for quite a long I was expecting much more from such a movie. And I didn't find anything. Nor the lukewarm vampires, neither the "California beach surfer boyz" vampires that were a disgrace to a wonderful myth and tradition of Transylvania.
Highlights of the movie??
"Oh, I can't go out to the light..." - and we are waiting the most horrible, special effects packed scene of burning flesh and screams...
but the guy gets under the sun and !!!
he shines! (yeah, with glitter dust and he is soooo embarrashed).
I may be too cruel with a vampire movie targeted to audiences around the age of 10 and indeed these poor creatures, the actors, still have a bright future.
But this is my subjective grading and this movie was a failure to my "vampire movie" taste:
3/10 (because the director restrained himself from using real surfers and silicon bimbos to attract even bigger audience)

Hate me as much as you enjoy...
see ya soon

Big Stan??

Ok, I've just finished "Big Stan" a usual Sunday midday light comedy with Rob Schneider directing himself. With the usual extra dose of sexism and "easy" or "cheap" (depending on how you perceive it) laugh, the movie was as you can imagine far from impressive. David Carradine participation in the role of "the Master" - directly sneering his own role in "Kill Bill" was a welcomed surprise. Apart from that the movie will probably stay in the midday zone.
I am too bored to write more for such a movie,
Just to give a grade (absolutely subjective):
(4/10) - because I did not expected something more.
See ya soon.

A new era...

OK, hi out there,
this is my new blog about movies and anime.
If you are wondering why am I doing this:
I just like movies. A lot. And I watch movies. Many (probably too many).
I also like anime. And I also watch a lot of japanese animation (but this is never enough as you already know).
At last, I like web designing. Though this blog is nothing related to the term yet, I hope that this will give an opportunity to dig further and maybe create something interesting.
So, here you will find the movies I watch and I hope you will add any movies that you watched and found interesting, boring or whatever.

That's all for now,
Sincere thanks for reading,
F.M.

p.s. As you will probably notice very soon, I am a fan of horror films, Scifi, space horror, and cult films (ok - this is a bit vague, but B-movies can be much more fun sometimes).
